Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master cleaning techniques and the use of machines.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules.
- Know the HACCP method.
- Organise your tasks from a schedule and instructions.
- Team spirit, autonomy, seriousness and rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 29 (Closes in 28 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your file by email to the HR department, quoting the job reference.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C post, with teamwork.
- Occasional cover for absent colleagues.
