The profile they look for:
- Keep a cool head in all situations, especially during an evacuation.
- Welcome the public politely.
- Manage stressful situations.
- Show rigour and punctuality.
- Respect confidentiality and report back clearly.
- Know the basics of hygiene and safety in a collective setting.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Job vacant from 1 September 2026.
- Shift work in teams from Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday for some teams.
- Night security duty possible from 9pm to 6am on weekdays.
- Remote work not possible.
