- Knowledge of food and hygiene rules.
- Mastery of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Knowledge of safety rules and safe working postures.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food allergies.
- Good organisation and rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
