Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade is category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience required.
The profile they look for:
- Know and apply hygiene and safety rules for community catering (HACCP, traceability).
- Work well in a team and adapt to the organisation.
- Have a public service mindset.
- Organise your work, show rigour and autonomy.
- Stay calm, available and present a spotless appearance and behaviour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the Vence town hall, by post or by email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work not possible.

- Category C (employee), no management duties.
