Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can apply, because the entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: October 30 (Closes today)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter to the human resources team of the Vence town hall, by email or by post to the Hôtel de Ville.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
