Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Apply cleanliness and hygiene rules.
- Master HACCP standards in catering.
- Adapt to new hygiene standards and new equipment.
- Driving licence and manual handling training.
- Organised, good team player, reactive and adaptable.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 17 (Closes in 16 days)
Send a CV and a cover letter by email to the town hall, addressed to Madame le Maire. The job can also be applied for on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
