Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Level 3 diploma (CAP-BEP) in cooking or catering, multi-skilled catering agent (APR)
The profile they look for:
- Level 3 diploma in cooking or catering (CAP-BEP, APR).
- Knowledge of and compliance with HACCP standards.
- Master kitchen preparation and cleaning techniques.
- Work well in a team and be autonomous.
- Be rigorous, organised and pass on information.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- 20 hours a week, one continuous working day.
- Driving licence B preferred.
