Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Similar experience is strongly preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Check how clean surfaces are.
- Use the equipment and tools provided.
- Welcome supervised children and the public with care.
- Keep children safe.
- Good organisation, independence and initiative.
- Professional discretion and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 13 (Closes in 12 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter to the town hall by post or email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised working time of 23.50 hours per week, with RTT days depending on the period.
- Meal vouchers, income protection (employer contribution of €30 gross), CNAS membership and a mobility allowance.
- Remote work is not possible.
