Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene, HACCP and safety rules for school catering.
- Pay attention to children and keep rules with kindness.
- Respect delivery times and home delivery procedures.
- Work well in a team, with autonomy and adaptability.
- Hold a driving licence B and drive a light van safely.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
