- Mastery of RHL (hot and cold meal) cooking techniques.
- Good knowledge of food products and hygiene standards.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
