Diploma: CAP multi-skilled catering agent (or good experience in mass catering)
Experience: Good work experience in mass catering, which can replace the CAP.
The profile they look for:
- CAP in multi-skilled catering, or good experience in mass catering.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.
- Knowledge of biocleaning and premises hygiene.
- Following safety rules for cleaning products.
- Knowledge of diets and which meals match them.
- Good interpersonal skills with self-service customers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
