The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules and safety standards.
- Know how to prepare dishes, especially for collective catering.
- Know how to welcome users and work as a team.
- Know cleaning products and methods.
- Know how to handle emergency situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply by email to the employer, with your CV and cover letter. The address is given on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
