Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP, BEP or qualification in the relevant fields
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or qualification in one of the relevant fields.
- Experience wanted in carpentry, locksmithing, painting, plumbing or electrics.
- Driving licence B essential.
- Electrical authorisation wanted.
- Knowledge of ERP (public building) rules is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- CNAS membership and contribution to health insurance and salary maintenance cover.
- Post vacant from 1 April 2027.
- Remote work not possible.
