Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full-time: 39 hours per week, with 25 days of paid leave and 23 days of RTT (time off in lieu).
- Benefits: performance bonus (régime indemnitaire), 13th month pay, meal vouchers, COS 44, contribution to a health insurance and a provident scheme.
