Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applies. No competitive exam is needed for the open grades (adjoint technique).

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
