Territorial civil servants and contract workers of the territorial public service. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CEP or Bac Pro in the building trade
Experience: Experienced. Experience in a similar job is a plus.
The profile they look for:
- General knowledge of building maintenance.
- Ability to do small maintenance and repair jobs.
- Ability to spot faults in a structure or piece of equipment.
- Follow workplace safety rules.
- Punctual, rigorous and able to work in a team.
- Good physical stamina.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
