Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Be able to work in a team and adapt to changes.
- Have good people skills with the users of the school.
- Know and use cleaning techniques, machines and products.
- Know hygiene, safety and HACCP rules for catering.
- Follow instructions from the head chef and managers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
