Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Be able to work in a team and adapt to changes.
- Have good people skills with the school's users.
- Follow cleaning protocols and hygiene rules.
- Know the HACCP rules for catering.
- Use cleaning machines and measure products correctly.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full time preferred, with hours based on needs.
- Possible cover for absent colleagues, with hours and tasks that may change.
- Category C, grade of technical assistant for teaching establishments.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
