Civil servants in the adjoint technique grades can apply, as can contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP.
- Experience in collective catering is a plus.
- Knowledge of Breton is a plus.
- Rigorous and well organised.
- Good people skills and enjoys teamwork.
- Autonomous and able to make suggestions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
