Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: No diploma required. BAFA or CAP Petite enfance would be a plus.
Experience: Beginners accepted. Experience with children is appreciated.
The profile they look for:
- Good communication and people skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Independence and rigour
- Ability to adapt and work in a team
- Driving licence B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 27 (Closes in 29 days)
Apply on the employer's website, sending a cover letter and a CV addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time may include meetings and cleaning outside usual hours.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Driving licence B is required.
- Helps prepare meals at the middle school twice a week.
