Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C. Grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal de 2e or 1re classe.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 8 (Closes in 7 days)
Apply on the employer's site, using the « Postuler sur le site employeur » button on the official offer. Send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
