Open preferably to civil servants, and also to contract workers. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
- Knowledge of hygiene rules, including the HACCP method
- Skill in cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Safe lifting and handling movements
- Good organisation and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
