The job is mainly open to civil servants by transfer, secondment or aptitude list. A person who is not a civil servant can also be hired directly at this grade in category C, without a competitive exam.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
