- Good knowledge of planning law and land-use permit procedures.
- Skills in business software, GIS tools and office software.
- Good people skills, rigour and organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
