Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, as the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Liking to work with elderly people.
- Able to carry out service and cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules.
- Able to organise and plan own tasks.
- Punctuality and respect for schedules.
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 16 days)
Apply on the employer's site, from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Work on Sundays and public holidays, with variable hours.
