The offer says it is open to civil servants and contract workers, but another part of the page says it is open only to civil servants. For civil servants, the grade is adjoint technique principal de 1st class. Contract hiring is possible for recognised disabled workers.

- Already trained in HACCP (mandatory).
- Know cooking techniques and nutrition.
- Know food allergies and contraindications.
- Know cleaning rules and cleaning techniques.
- Know child development and the rules for supervising children.
