Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Certified level 5 diploma (bac+2) in building trades, or significant experience in this field
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Level 5 diploma in building trades, or significant experience
- Electrical skills and practical manual work
- Good use of office software
- Organised, careful, independent and a team player
- Valid car licence required, HGV and boat licences welcome
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
