Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of electrical standards (C15-100) and safety in public buildings (ERP).
- Skill in connections and wiring that follow current regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret an electrical plan.
- Able to work in a team and organise work independently.
- Method, rigour and a sense of public service.
- Responsive, available and willing to make suggestions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
