Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired for this job when no civil servant application has succeeded. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
