Civil servants can apply. Contract staff can be hired as an exception, and people recognised as disabled workers can also apply under a contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP Propreté et Hygiène (APH), or experience in similar roles.
Experience: Not stated. Experience in similar roles can replace the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- CAP Propreté et Hygiène (APH) diploma, or similar work experience.
- Know cleaning and hygiene techniques and rules.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Know safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
