Civil servants of the territorial public service and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Follow safety rules and the use of dangerous products.
- Be organised and respect schedules.
- Enjoy working as a team.
- Care about an eco-responsible approach.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
