Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know manual and machine cleaning techniques.
- Follow safety rules and correct posture and movement rules.
- Read product labels and use products safely.
- Use special cleaning machines, such as a single-disc floor machine or scrubber-dryer.
- Be rigorous, discreet, independent and a team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Start date given as 01/01/2026, but the post status says vacant from 01/12/2026.
