Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a public competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP, CAP or vocational bac in the building field
Experience: Experience wanted in similar tasks or in a building trade
The profile they look for:
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance across all building trades
- Knowledge of safety rules in buildings open to the public
- Skill with power tools and dangerous equipment
- Care for service quality, rigour and good reporting
- Team spirit and good people skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence category B required.
- Interviews planned on Tuesday 8 December 2026, afternoon.
