Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.

Experience: Experience in similar jobs is a plus, but not required

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
