Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. The entry grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
