Open to any qualified candidate, civil servant or not. A non-civil servant would be hired on a contract, after no suitable civil servant applies.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Frequent travel across the Laon district.
- On-call duty is frequent, so high availability is needed.
- Mainly daytime work Monday to Friday, but sometimes nights, weekends and public holidays.
- A service vehicle is provided occasionally.
