Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Category B driving licence essential, and good knowledge of the Highway Code.
- A valid category C licence would be a plus.
- CACES certificates appreciated, numbers 1 to 9.
- Ability to read plans and municipal orders.
- Works independently, rigorously and professionally.
- Listens well, as the job involves regular contact with residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
