Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The job is open to the grades of technical assistant, senior technical assistant (2nd class) and senior technical assistant (1st class). A person without a civil service exam can be hired.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
