Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring is possible, without a competitive exam, at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Very good knowledge of safety rules on worksites.
- Excellent knowledge of road works, utility networks and bituminous surfacing.
- Skill in operating machines, including CACES loader and auxiliary crane licences.
- Great rigour and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Liking for teamwork and outdoor manual work.
- Quick to react and proactive.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Weekly on-call duty and shifted hours.
- Remote work is not possible.
