Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open at the grades of adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd class and 1st class. Candidates recognised as disabled workers can also be hired by contract.

- Knowledge of road maintenance and road signage techniques.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety rules.
- Driving licence category B required; C and CE licences wanted.
- Able to work outdoors in all seasons and all weather.
- Team spirit and a taste for collaborative work.
- Good observation skills and quick reactions to unexpected situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

- Must live within 30 minutes of the assigned centre for on-call duty.
