Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the adjoint technique grades, and direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

The profile they look for:
- Skills in cleaning and maintaining buildings.
- Basic knowledge of maintaining sports pitches and green spaces.
- Knowledge of safety rules and protective equipment.
- Use of specialised machines (tractors, mowers, spreaders).
- Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
