Territorial adjoints techniques (civil servants) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP or CAP minimum, in roads, public works or utility networks
Experience: First experience in roads is preferred.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
