Civil servants and contract staff can apply. No competitive exam is required, because the entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of road maintenance and operations
- Knowledge of winter road maintenance
- Car driving licence (permis VL) required
- Heavy vehicle driving licence (permis PL) required
- Team spirit
- Able to do manual work outdoors
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
