Civil servants (titulaires) or people on the eligibility list for the adjoint technique territorial grade can apply. A person who did not pass a competition can also be hired directly, as the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP or BEP minimum
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP minimum, or on the eligibility list for the adjoint technique territorial grade.
- Know health and safety rules.
- Be able to use mechanical and hand tools.
- Know the highway code and road traffic risks.
- Be available and take initiative in emergencies.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
