Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a competition can apply, because the entry-level category C grade allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of road maintenance and road works
- Knowledge of health, safety and personal protective equipment rules
- Use of construction machinery
- Reading and applying technical sheets
- Ability to work alone and in a team, and be available
- Good organisation and versatility
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes tomorrow)
Apply using the employer's site button on the official offer page. Also send the file to the Department's Human Resources Directorate before the deadline.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
