Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the job includes an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Training in management or accounting
The profile they look for:
- Training in management or accounting.
- Knowledge of public accounting rules.
- Interest in social schemes, especially APA.
- Good office software skills and ability to learn business software.
- Rigour and good organisation.
- Good people skills and a team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
