Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Similar experience is appreciated.
The profile they look for:
- Category B driving licence required.
- Know and apply workplace safety rules.
- Use motorised equipment safely and according to the rules.
- Recognise plants: trees, shrubs, perennials, annual plants.
- Be autonomous, multi-skilled and rigorous.
- Team spirit and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work not possible.
- Working hours may be irregular or shifted.
- Outdoor work.
- Tractor training possible; electrical authorisation preferred.
