Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring is possible without a competitive exam, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate required.
The profile they look for:
- Apply hygiene and safety rules.
- Keep children safe.
- Support children in their daily learning.
- Communicate well, listen and handle conflicts.
- Be organised and work independently.
- Fully master the use of plant protection products.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time post of 26h49 per week, annualised.
- 35 hours per week during the school term.
- Cleaning hours must be done during each school holiday period.
- Remote work is not possible.
