Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job can be filled without a competitive exam, because an entry grade of category C allows it. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
