Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Versatile and motivated.
- Able to work alone or in a team, outdoors in all seasons.
- Knowledge of green space maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules, and proper use of PPE.
- Driving licence B required; CACES A and F and licence BE preferred.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full time, 35 hours a week (1,607 hours a year), on-call duties possible.
- Driving licence B required.
- No remote work.
- Contract starts as soon as possible.
